We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Amelie Teje will provide you with a store credit with no expiry date, upon your garments return. This excludes your original shipping cost.
Refunds are only provided for any purchases (including ones made with Afterpay or Zip Pay) if the garments received are faulty. If you have received a faulty, damaged or an incorrect order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and we will happily assist you further. An investigation will be opened into any faulty products before they are returned. If your garments are NOT deemed as faulty we will not accept a return. Please note: This does not include garments with extended or loose threads that can be cut off.
We cannot accept a return for garments that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Tags must be kept on or we will not accept the return. Please also take care when trying on garments, as we will not accept any that have incurred any marks, stains, makeup stains, pet fur or odours. Please carefully check your garments prior to sending them back, as if they arrive with a mark on them you will be held responsible and the items will not be credited. If you return garments with any of the above on them, you will be charged for return shipping back to you if you wish to have the garments sent back. Garments must be returned in their original bag - any items returned without their original bag will NOT be accepted.
SUBMITTING A RETURN
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Prior to sending back your return please email us at email@example.com.
Please remember to include your name & order number otherwise we cannot issue you with a store credit.
RETURNS ON SALE/PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
Sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange or refund. This includes purchases made using sale promotional codes.
EXCHANGES - CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECT SIZE
If you wish to return OR exchange your items due to change of mind or incorrect size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your items back. We are more than happy to provide you with a store credit if the items are NOT on sale.
Exchange/Credit: For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit for any unworn swimwear and accessories, provided all of the following requirements are met:
• The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging including swing tags, eco cotton bag.
• Include your order number for return/exchange
• Be shipped for return within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
