We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Amelie Teje will provide you with a store credit valid for 3 years upon your items return.
We only offer refunds for any purchases (including ones made with Afterpay and / or Zippay) if the items received are faulty. Please note: This does NOT include items with extended or loose threads that can be cut off using scissors.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 21 days. Prior to sending back your return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please return to the below address and include your name, email and order number and we will issue you with a store credit once we receive your return.

***Returns in exchange for a store credit or refund are NOT offered on sale items You ARE able to exchange items that are purchased on sale for a different size Please be mindful of this policy when purchasing a sale item. If you are wanting to exchange for another size and it becomes unavailable - this will not result in a refund or store credit.
EXCHANGES - CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECT SIZE
If you wish to return OR exchange your items due to change of mind or incorrect size, please email us at email@example.com prior to sending your items back. We are more than happy to provide you with a store credit if the items are not on sale.
Exchange/Credit: For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit for any unworn swimwear and accessories, provided all of the following requirements are met:
• The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging including swing tags, eco cotton bag.
• Include your order number for return/exchange
• Be shipped for return within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the return.
