What is pre-order and how long will my items take to come?
Pre-order is the perfect way to secure your dream Amelie pieces and make sure you get it before it’s gone again.
Pre-orders will be processed and paid for at checkout but shipped at a later date (which is mentioned in the product description).
We will send you confirmation once your pre-order item is on its way to you.
If your order also contains an in-stock item/s, it will be shipped together when all items in your order are available and ready to be shipped.
We encourage making a seperate order if you would like to receive an in-stock item before your pre-order item.

If you no longer see your pre order listed below, please allow the standard 1-2 business days for processing before you receive the tracking information via email.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. This includes NON pre-order items as well. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind.
